Lately, I’ve been feeling super stressed, and in result, I’ve caught a virus.
The doctor said rest and water can cure me, and as long as this thing doesn’t get past my lymph nodes, I’ll be fine without antibiotics. I’m hoping today’s the peak of my sickness and I’ll get better soon.
A multitude of things built up to this unfortunate event

1. Tiredness… lack of sleep, glenrock has loud thursday nights, still adjusting to the new environment with new roomate.
2. Hospital volunteering
3. stress from class and living in the apartments
4. period
5. undernourishment from my lack of food in the apartment… partially due to my laziness and thriftness.. to much leftover eating.. junkfood eating, cereal binging.
6. lack of water… due to my laziness
7. having to walk EVERYWHERE .. class, supermarket, volunteer, apartment… miles add up an (this is kinda related to bullet 1)
8. Diarrhea.. I know I’m getting graphic but whatever.. see I’m eating, and my body is not absorbing the nutrition
9. Stupid weather, freaking hot then cold then hot and cold
10. me being stupid and eating unwashed carrots?!
11. I started eating vitamin C only last week.. stopped for a week

a very sucky day.

1. woke up late
2. walked to westwood, did absolutely nothing walked back
3. walked to ackerman spent 24 dollars, walked back
4. freezing covel study lounge
5. i don’t get physics
6. i’m not done with psych
7. The lights here don’t work at all. okay for some reason it suddenly work… but it flickers.
