I am an updater/ web person for this website. We are a team in our highschool that is competing in a nation-wide contest of building an autonomous vehicle that can race from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in March 2004. I am on the administrative team and part of my job is making, changing, and modifying our website.
My old websites
hrmm, I don't even know if this website still exists, but anyway, this was my first website ever. (which was made in sixth grade)
This was my first website like website that I used html in. (after expage) I think I kept this website from like seventh grade till the early ninth grade. I changed later because it didn't support ftp, and the banner and pop-up ads were just getting too annoying
two free servers that I used that was ever pop- up ad free lol! I love those webs!! But I moved on later because the severs didn't allow PHP or anything.
This was my first web that was hosted! I really enjoyed it! Especially cuz my host Maggie was especially nice to me! A few monthes later, I decided to get my own domain lol, so here I am!!
First domain! yayy.. except it expired after about 2-3 years and i forgot to renew it... thus I lost my domain :(
History
Honestly, I doubt anyone would care enough to read about the history of my making pages, lol, maybe writing this would classify me as a boring dork :) but hey, I'm bored so why not?! XD anyway I started making expage.. pages after like a bunch of my friends signed my yearbook and added their little websites on it. So I went to the website, and was facinated at how you can actually add content on to the internet... ( in those days,the internet was like really slow).. wait, maybe it was my computer that's slow, but I remember on the FIRST computer that we were able to put a CD into it .. like on the internet, we had to wait like 5min+ for a page to load. yeah. Well, I became fasinated and decided to make a page. woot!
